At Salty Girl Coastal, we want you to love your purchase. However, due to the nature of apparel and accessory sales, returns are limited and subject to the following conditions:

    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale.

    • Worn apparel, washed items, or products with signs of use are not eligible for return.

  3. Return Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  4. Refunds & Processing

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

    • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the original shipping charges.

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.

  6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@saltygirlcoastal.com. We will cover the return shipping cost in this case only.
