At Salty Girl Coastal, we work hard to deliver your order quickly and safely. We pack each order with care and ship within 2 business days using trusted national carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Our goal is to make every delivery smooth, timely, and reliable.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
If you place an order after 3:00 PM EST or during the weekend, processing will begin on the next business day.
After your package ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to check delivery progress. This way, you can follow your order every step of the way.
Our Primary Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage
We mainly ship through USPS Ground Advantage because it offers dependable and affordable service across the United States.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after processing.
Alternative Carriers
Sometimes USPS rates increase or delivery delays occur. In those situations, we may use UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery instead. By doing so, we can provide you with the best balance of cost and speed.

Shipping Rates

We frequently review carrier prices to keep our rates competitive.
In addition, we occasionally offer free shipping or flat-rate promotions. These will appear automatically at checkout when available.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number. You’ll receive this number by email once your order leaves our facility.
Simply click the link in your email to view real-time updates on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery. However, once a package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for its handling.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to start a claim.
We will gladly help you with any information needed to resolve the issue.
Shipping Address Changes
Please confirm your shipping address before completing checkout.
After an order has been processed, we cannot change the delivery address or reroute the package.
